Life-Line The programme «Life Line» was launched on 1 June 2004. The goal of the Programme is to save seriously ill children under the age of 15 who suffer from arrhythmias, congenital vascular disease of the brain, and congenital heart deficiency.
The programme provides individual aid by paying for the operations and purchasing special equipment — pacemakers, occluders, and vessels needed to ensure the recovery of every child. The programme provides payment for medical services and the purchase of certain items of medical equipment and technical devices for treatment of diseases included in the programme. The programme «Life Line» is a new charity project of CAF Russia aimed at providing direct support for hundreds of children in need . The current healthcare system cannot cope with the situation, so the children's lives depend on timely payment for the treatment they need.
