Together Against Breast Cancer

CAF Russia and «Avon Beauty Products Company» LLC (AVON Company) launched a joint charitable project «Together against Breast Cancer».

The charitable programme includes a range of activities aimed at prevention and early diagnosis of breast cancer, increasing early detection of the disease and reducing mortality among women.

With the financial support from AVON CAF Russia holds an open competition of projects to aimed at development of resource base of medical institutions for early detection of breast cancer, as well as at prevention of the disease, public awareness campaigns and assistance to women with breast cancer.

The aim of the competition is to foster the launch of breast cancer prevention programmes and mass mammography examinations of women for early diagnosis of this disease in the regions of Russia. This programme can improve the early stage detection of malignant tumors and save thousands of women’s lives.
